I phrased that poorly.  It's not "failing to live up to their draft pick."  I was more thinking careers that never had the longevity hoped for based on draft status due to injury.  Ricky Williams I threw out there as an interesting case where he made the Pro Bowl one year early in his career.  I always thought that his marijuana usage was a substitute for toradol prescriptions, hence the relevance to injuries.  Campbell's ~8 year career was far too short for someone who was a 5x Pro Bowler.
