I am repeating myself, for which I apologize, but 15 or so years ago some good friends of mine went to the C.al-UCLA football game in Berkeley (it was Parents' Weekend and their son was a frosh.) They were incredulous at how much of the conversation around them focused on how much the speakers hated Stanford. This was at a C.al-UCLA game! Can you imagine being at a Stanford-U$C game and spending the game talking about the weenies?
