I don't get the subject of this post in relation to the article.

The B1G doesn't have more problems with more money.  The Pac-12 has more problems with less money.

The subject heading is from a song title.  And as I explained in the body, the problem is that the B1G has "mo money" and as a consequence of that it spells "mo problems" for the PAC-12.
