In HS, I played every play of every game unless I got hurt.  That's kickoff, kickoff receiving, punt, punt receiving, offense, defense, PAT, and PAT defense.  I'm sure that many HS players do the same.  I played for a California single A school.  I only missed one quarter of one game because of injury, which I suffered riding a bull in a HS rodeo.  My football coach was pretty angry about that.

...sounds like he didn't take any bull from you after that...

Seriously though, props to you...that's pretty nuts playing that much.  I went to a smaller high school in Hawaii and we had ~4-5 guys playing both ways but I don't remember any of them having to pull punt + kickoff duty in addition to that - maybe one of those for the speedy guys, but not both.
