I was also at a smaller HS and played pretty much every snap until senior year, when we had enough depth to rotate Dlineman and get off kickoff return team.
I think O and Dline is doable from an endurance standpoint at the college level (assuming rotating snaps on the DL) but both require such technical precision that it would be very tough to master both skill sets. The body types also tend to be a little different as the typical nose guard would be a bit oversized for an Olineman while the DEs would be undersized.
