Maybe this crowd isn't old enough to remember "Love Story" -- but I'm shocked, shocked that no on has mentioned the "Love means never having to say you're sorry."

I think Love Story is a contender for biggest movie from the 70s completely unknown to younger audiences.

It was mentioned in the great Robert Evans documentary The Kid Stays In The Picture (I think his second big movie after Rosemary's Baby), and after I saw it I looked it up and was surprised it was such a brobdingnagian hit and I hadn't even heard of it til that point. Don't think anyone I know under age of 40 has either.
