This year stands out in the Shaw era for the poor road performance.  Last year for example Stanford was 5-1 on opponent's home fields.

2017 - 1-3 (and that one win was nearly a loss)
2016 - 5-1
2015 - 4-1
2014 - 3-3
2013 - 4-2
2012 - 4-2
2011 - 5-0

Interesting.  Perhaps there is something about this year's team that is causing such poor performance on the road, which seems too divergent from home game performance.
