Last night's ESPN broadcast team of Joe Tessitore and Todd Blackledge were, I think, awful. When Costello fumbled in the 4th qtr and it appeared to be recovered by Marx, there was a review. It turned out to be just about where to spot the ball. At the time, neither announcer was very engaged with the question of who recovered the fumble other than Blackledge's comment that it might be USC's ball. In the time they had, they could have gone into what actually happened on that play. I try to stay away from blaming players, or even Pac-12 refs, but this pair were just downright grating to listen to all evening.
