Stanford is second to Michigan in first Fall standings which include WCC, MCC, and FH.  Here's the press release with links to the full standings:

Michigan has 219.5 points versus 141 points for the same three sports last year.  Stanford has 185 points versus 190 points for the same three sports last year.

With a revised scoring structure this year, it will be more difficult for Stanford to retain the Cup.
