I think we should all take a breath and wait until more facts come out. For all we know, there could have been multiple conversations with Martin already about going to rehab and getting other help. Maybe he refused to do any of that, and left the DA with no choice but to charge him to protect others.

We just don't know. I just hope he get the help he clearly desperately needs.
