I definitely think that Liu and Wang will take home some bad memories of the front 9. But the shots that I have seen (especially weak putts) looked like fatigue. Or a bit of post-lunch funk.
Lee's front 9s since the horrible start on Friday - 34, 34, 34, 34 (match play score this morning). Her start today definitely not indicated by her most recent play.
I have no explanation for Valenzuela unless her wrist injury is bothering her. Or it could be just a bad day.
Btw, Alabama is rolling over the Trojans. Ahead by 2 holes in each of the first three matches on the back 9. They look very solid.
