Roster updated to reflect three early retirements.

Senior reserve wide receiver and kick returner Jay Tyler. A three-star recruit from New Orleans (he was a quarterback in high school, like his dad Herbert, who was a four-year starter for LSU), Jay played in eight games as a sophomore, and 12 last year. He never caught a pass, but did return a few punts, one kickoff, and threw a completion last year against Oregon. Not sure if this was to focus on school or a result of injury, but, as a psych major, Jay was an Honorable Mention Pac-12 All-Academic last season; certainly great things ahead for Jay.

Musing . . . just a year ago that we were hearing that on one could tackle Jay Tyler on punt returns.  Too bad we never got the break-out threat actualized.  All the best to him going forward!
