A minute left is too much time.  I'm not sure I would want to rely on the defense to have to hold on with a 2 pt lead and 60 seconds on the clock.  At least, not without causing me a heart attack.

old story. Oct 1982, out to dinner in SF for my b-day, get a call from college roommate at the restaurant, they come get me to take the call, tells me we scored and will upset highly ranked ASU!!!  Go back to dinner, finish dinner, turn on the post game show on the radio on the drive home, they are talking about a "character building game", I'm thinking you do not win a "character building game" and sure enough we scored and left about a minute on the clock and ASU scored........fortunately no heart attack, just great disappointment......
