I've been wanting to go to a Stanford Football game at Notre Dame for some time and am thinking this might be the year to go - with Bryce Love and this team.

I'm trying to figure out if it is worth renting a car or if its better to take the Anthony Travel Tailgate Train from Chicago to Notre Dame. Any advice?

Is anyone going this year?

I'm going...with about 12 viejo amigos. We've been once before and, by all means, take the train. It's a blast!...even when it pissed down rain most of the game and the refs, well, let's say they were not Kulabafi fans...and vice-versa. We stayed at the Drake in Chicago, which was a lot of fun as well. How could you not like Pete Lazetich doing his rendition of "Ghost Riders in the Sky" with accompanying giddyup butt slaps in the bar?
