A few additional thoughts from me after re-watching today.
Parkinson looks significant larger to me than last year, and along with JJAW loves to fight for the ball. Smith only catching 2 balls is partially because Parkinson was so productive.
SDSU is fundamentally solid and plays tough . . . even after the whistle to some degree. Good smack in the nose for us to start the year playing hard and with a brobdingnagian game next week.
On run plays particularly in the 2nd half, Harrington & Fisk saw a lot of time at TE.
Eager to see Adebo and Holder on the field at the same time . . . .
Curious for any assessment on if Hamilton or Sarrell looked better at RG
I think Weddington did return after taking a hard shot on his 2nd punt return. Hope nothing serious.
finally, KJ had many great throws, but also several that were just a hair off and a couple that were forced. I do think missing Spring hurts a bit, so I'm optimistic going forward.
