Did you read the tweet on which my assertion was based?
The tweet on which my comment was based was asserting a former NFL DC told the teeeter Shaw deliberately kept the margin low by running the same plays. Though it seems silly, if someone who knows more than us suggests this was the case, the odds of it being true are greater than 0.
