Glad you reminded me of Sam's injury, but I think it is not likely to keep her out long. An elbow to the nose, which the center ref kept trying to explain to the coaches and and players as not a foul - in a way that seemed awfully defensive. I figure a broken nose at the worse (lots of blood) but, unless it triggered the coincussion protocol, probably short term (unlike ankles and knees).

BTW, Naomi Girma, true frosh center back, impresses and impressses. She belongs in there with Alana Cook, our great senior CB.
