When Stanford can't run the ball against 2 deep safeties I'll be concerned. Has any team had to run against more 8 and 9 man fronts? It's really hard to run the ball against 8 and 9 guys in the box. Stanford takes on this challenge willingly, but it's never going to yield consistent offense, especially with a small RB. The pass protection has been great, and needs to taken advantage of to a much larger degree, IMO.
