It was (at least according to ESPN) 99% when Oregon had first and goal at the 1 and a 24-7 lead late in the third quarter.

That's what I find so amazing about this game. We had a 1% chance of winning in the third quarter and started to crawl out of the hole, only to find ourselves with a 1% chance of winning again 18 minutes later. There should be another metric for "game drama" based on swings in probability.
