TV schedule looks MAYBE ok (and potentially terrible) if you live near Stanford, acceptable if you buy all the PAC-12 channels, terrible otherwise.
I originally misinterpreted "P12N" in this schedule as Pac-12 National channel (in which case, coverage is good near Stanford), but then I looked at PAC-12.com. They do NOT say that these games are on the Pac-12 national channel, but instead only list them as on the PAC-12 networks.
Only one game (Oregon at Stanford) is listed as on a national (allegedly non-conference) network.
The Tennessee game is only on SECN.
Those are the only Stanford games that might be seen by most of the nation's audience.
Only 3 of 12 pre-season games have TV coverage (including the SECN coverage). Two conference games have no TV coverage. For those of us that can go to the home games and IF ALL THE P12N coverage is on PAC-12 National, that leaves us dependent on radio for 6 games (*IF* there is radio coverage).
FYI, Xfinity/Comcast TV packages in my area (near Stanford) include these channels (additional at each level)
Note that no level includes any regional PAC-12 Network channel, including PAC-12 Bay Area. I believe the PAC-12 Bay Area may be available as a standard definition channel if you pay for an extra package (but not the other regional channels). All the PAC-12 networks are available online via Xfinity if you get at least one in your TV package. So one can watch them online (I believe without the ability to record them which means no ability to review a play easily or watch it in slow motion or watch it after work, etc.)
AT THE WORST, those Comcast (L)users near Stanford may see as few as 1 (at most 9, including the SECN coverage) Stanford non-home WBB games on TV without paying for premium sports channels.
My Bay-Area Comcast TV package will carry (only counting regular season games)

- UConn: 12(+15 ESPN3 online, missing 4 games) games (I presume its "P12N" game will be on the PAC-12 national),

- South Carolina: 15(+4 SECN+ online, missing 10 games) games
