Why is it so hard to accept Stanford doesn't offer the same opportunities for WRs as other schools?  It's not a slight against Stanford, it's just a reality.  No, Stanford doesn't feature WRs as much as other teams do. Neither does Georgia Tech. Neither does Wisconsin.  That's why you usually don't see elite WR prospects choosing these schools.  This isn't to say a WR can't get opportunities to succeed at these schools, it's just less likely they will get them.

Because that's not what you first wrote.  To quote your first post on this issue:

Hard to imagine why any top WR would want to come to Stanford. WRs just don't get featured in Shaw's offense. But if he wants to come, would be great to have. Wedington, St. Brown, Wilson, Fehoko, Bowman, and Higgins would be quite a WR corps.

(emphasis mine) You made an overly generalized statement that was demonstrably false in a year when JJ Arcega-Whiteside is being featured as one of the top two wide receivers in the Pac-12.  And then you doubled down when you were called out on it.

They don't.  Sure 1-2 guys might get opportunities at Stanford, but that doesn't equate to much for a WR corps. 

Right now, Alabma has 4 WRs with at least 20 catches. Stanford has two. Cal (with terrible QB play) has 5 WRs with at least 10 catches. USC has 4 WRs with at least 15 catches. Stanford has two.  Should I go on? How about the schools Higgins is considering other than Stanford?

Florida has 5 WRs with at least 10 catches. Texas has three WRs with at least 18 catches.  Stanford's #1 has 37, #2 has 34 and #3 has 6. But I'll admit, if you count Parkinson as a WR, he has 11 catches.  Still less WR catches than most other programs.

Higgins is apparently an outstanding student. He also has a JJAW type build. Given Stanford's elite academics and how JJAW has been doing him choosing Stanford would seem to make sense.
