I guess I'm just a pathetic, wounded soul who embodies the phrase "the enemy of the great is the good".  Or maybe I'm stuck in the Buddy years when 8-wins would be beyond all human imagination.  But 8-4 seasons don't seem like the harbinger of doom.  Getting reamed by Notre Dame or losing to USC  or Cal makes me draw on my stash of anti-depressants.  Now that the Huskies have hired a competent coach,  I might add them to the list.  Don't know what to think of WSU.  Glad to beat them, don't loath them.
