I agree with those who don't think our announcement of the three means much.  They deserve to be announced when they signed.  If they were waiting on someone who had definitely committed I could see waiting, but waiting for someone who is not committed looks bad if they wait and Jones says no.  So better this way.  I tend to think the announcement would have implied the class was complete if it was.

I also don't think it matters much that a UConn reporter tweeted the info about when and where she will announce.  They have press who cover their team way, way, way more than most places, and their hometown press would be the ones to ask her HS coach.  So while she may well pick UConn (I have no idea) I don't think the fact that their press tweeted indicates that, not unless there are other hints I am not aware of.

I also think it may matter if she announces with some other schoolmates at the same time, a school presser, or if she is totally on her own.  On her own may (not for sure but may) indicate she enjoys the limelight in a way that UConn may be a more likely pick.  

I hope she chooses Stanford but if not, we still have a fabulous class.  All three of the newly signed players are excellent, and all have skillsets that will fit in great.  Welcome to them!

Until Monday at least, I choose to believe that Chimera is the wiser of my two WBB row mates. BobK probably doesn't disagree but he does know his WBB recruiting.
