Funny story, my wife and I were trying to find a spot on Castro Street in Mountain View to watch the UW game a few weeks back.  Up until that point, I guess any game we tried to watch there was on a national network, so any spot had it.  This time, being on the Pac-12 Network, the first few places didn't have it because they all had Direct-TV (which I'm assuming was for NFL games primarily).  We finally went into St. Stephen's Green, where we met a father and son who had checked unsuccessfully at a few other restaurants.  SSG did have Comcast, but only on a single TV by the bar; other than that, all TVs were Direct-TV.  They also said that it was the only Comcast TV on the entire street.  Being by the bar, the father and son could not sit there (the son being under 21), so my wife and I got those seats.

Long story short, there is one TV in downtown Mountain View showing the Pac-12 Network.
