I definitely appreciate the reporting on the instant replay debacle. Canzano deserves unqualified praise for that article, imo.

I think it's a bit of a reach, however, to try as Canzano does to draw general conclusions about the Pac-12 in comparison to other conferences. The reporting seems solid as far as the real estate costs, Larry Scott's salary and Pac-12 network employee unhappiness. I just don't know if there's enough information to reasonably imply that these things are major factors in the Pac-12 falling behind other Power 5 conferences, or even if the term "falling behind" is apt when describing the Pac in comparison to the four other "Power" conferences.
