Also, it was really, really cold on the day of the Foster Farms Bowl. 

And it was even colder at the game itself. A very strong wind made sitting in the seats impossible to do for long stretches of time; we were armed with snow clothes and blankets and we had to retreat out of the wind periodically to warm up. I won't do that again.

Yep. It was like going to a game in Green Bay or Buffalo.

Fortunately, this year's Redbox Bowl is at Noon. It should be warmer, less windy, and not interfere with NYE activities.
