Wilcox is being paid just a bit less than Chip Kelly.  Shaw isn't getting paid very much more in the scale of CFB coach salaries.

of course Kelly is still being paid by the 49ers so his UCLA salary offsets what they owe him (not sure if the Eagles are still paying him or not)

In 2018, Kelly is scheduled to earn around $6.5 million, which is what the 49ers owed him, but approximately $3.125 million of that is coming from UCLA. In 2019, Kelly is due approximately $7.7 million, with $3.75 million of that coming from UCLA.
