I don't know how Wilcox, or anybody at Cal, can expect to be better than the 4th choice in their own division for the forseeable future; behind Stanford, Washington and Oregon. And there's WSU as long as Leach is there. If Wilcox wants to win championships, that will be difficult at Cal, unless he can arrange to transfer Cal to the Pac 12 South.
