This rendering makes it look like there is parking.

I think I've read that the Las Vegas Stadium has a seating capacity of 60,000 and on site parking for 5,000 cars. The plan may be to have shuttle buses transport fans to the stadium, but I'm not sure about that.
I've not been to Levis Stadium but people have told me the lack of nearby parking, combined with very slow entry and exit times, is a significant negative to the game day experience.
For the 5 years I had Raiders season tickets the Oakland Coliseum parking-tailgating-entry-exit was ideal. I can't imagine any other stadium having a better transportation set up and situation. It's a shame the Raiders and, or, NFL could not maintain a team there.
And I guess the tailgate-parking-entry-exit situation at Stanford is as good as it gets for college football.
