Curious as to why we are ranked behind Baylor and TN after just beating both of them?

Tennessee: We beat Tennessee just this Tuesday, after the most recent week's rankings came out.

Baylor: Tennessee game not considered yet, plus some inertia. We were ranked way behind Baylor before the game against them, having just lost to then unranked Gonzaga, while Baylor was undefeated and highly regarded. Our win moved us up and Baylor down, but not enough to put us above them.

We've passed Baylor and Tennessee in this week's AP poll.  The coaches' poll isn't out yet as I post this.
