Dunno about this. Herbig was apparently pretty nasty but may not have been a leader like DeCastro was.

This is the direct result of not taking a scholarship QB in every single year. I continue to fail to understand why this happens, especially when you have an offense this complicated. Not only is there the higher risk of injury at the position, there is the risk that the player simply won't learn the offense well enough.
