I agree that our target recruitment every year should go up by a couple players.  Use the extra recruitment to either go after either a reach at a position of need, a highly rated player at a position where we might feel comfortable to upgrade overall quality, going after a high potential, but not polished player (an athletic freak who might have started football late), or maybe going after a tweener with a high motor.  These might be higher risk in terms of not panning out, but offer high reward.
