Drew Brees did not make it to the Super Bowl, though he was maybe one blown pass interference call away.  The guy playing against Brady was born on October 24, 1994.

What part of "should" in relation to Brees playing in Super Bowl was wrong?  But why make comments on a small detail of a post that has nothing to do with the point of the thread, which is looming changes to MLB free agency?

The answer is poor reading comprehension on my part.  As to why I picked up (wrongly) on that detail, I don't know that it is any more off topic than what the age of a QB in the Super Bowl has to do with baseball free agency.  You could just as easily argue that we were a coin flip away from the Super Bowl featuring a 24 year old going up against a 23 year old.
