I want David Shaw here for the next few decades as long as he's capable of doing the job.
But lately, I think I've been seeing more and more room for improvement. He must avoid the Mack Brown slide into the cellar (the signs are there unfortunately), and he needs to take some lessons in talent management from the GSB...
We need him to be a better coach, asap. There are too many troubling signs.
