I don't think Harbaugh could get the results he does without the crazy. It seems that the same single-minded fanaticism that drives him to succeed, also makes him a bit of a sociopath. When he's our guy, I don't see the value in picking at his warts. It's not going to make him better. He is who he is.
We can wish for somebody else, but when you exchange the bad, you also exchange the good.
