As of now, the sign on the front of Zott's says that they will re-open March 1st. Like most repair/remodels, they undoubtedly uncovered many problems that they did not include in the initial time estimate. From what the workers say, this current set of changes is mostly designed to correct defects in the existing structure and to improve ADA compliance. There are future plans to expand the facility, but the existing structure must be preserved. It cannot be replaced. Looks like things are moving ahead, and they might actually make March 1.
