We may never find out but this is worrisome

It also could be that Turley asked to be put on administrative leave while he sorted out some things that are issues for him. It may not be a misconduct issue. Obviously, I don't know, but I will not assume it is a misconduct issue unless/until otherwise indicated. Certainly not good, but possibly recoverable.
