Pretty sure you can't change the rules once the round begins. So either no LCR for all of round 2 or they have to restart it.
Given that half the teams haven't even teed off, I think it's more likely they will replay Round 2 starting tomorrow or shorten stroke play to 2 rounds. If they keep stroke play at 3 rounds, then they may double up matches once play gets to that stage.
