related mini-rant: I think the graphics by GolfStat are poor. No distinction between the players' scores on each hole and the running score in the match (just separate them with a thicker line). No indication of what is par on each hole (doesn't matter in match play I know, but still of interest in assessing or describing the scores, as my error illustrates). The team score at the top of each team match does not distinguish between completed matches and ongoing ones; I'd rather see just the completed match points up at the top (compare, e.g., to tennis: when we win the doubles point, it would be odd to see a team match score of 5-2 just because we won 4 first sets in singles and our opponents won 2). Completed matches are not visually distinguished from ongoing ones, you have to read the writing to learn if the match is over or not. I also don't like signifying birdies with a red color and bogeys with green: green generally means good in our culture and red not good. OK, end of rant, sorry.

I hear you, but there are no across all sports standards that I know of at this point.  I believe if you watch any PGA tournament scores posted in red are good, generally signifying birdies.
