I've followed some NCAA golf on here, so I'm sure this has been an issue before, but I don't specifically recall what the answer is.
The remaining matches end when the match is clinched and the players are informed of the result. I don't think they even finish the hole. The player that is ahead is awarded the point. A match that is all square means 1/2 point for each team.
