Yep, and I think the recent changes to the golf course - more native grasses, deeper & tougher bunkers, etc. - are in part an effort to get NCAA championships played here. The course is tougher and in better condition than I've ever seen in 35 years of playing it.
After watching the last two weeks, I think the Blessings course is a joke. About as bad as Shinnecock was at the US Open. I've seen too many good shots end up 25 yards off the green or in a hazard. When <20% of the field is under par, they need to rethink things.

Yes. I'm glad Texas won. OKST had a bad day today - Hovland and Wolff are #1 and #2 in college golf for a reason. I'm glad Salida & Wu don't have to play them.
Tomorrow will still be very difficult, but I think it's pretty close to 50/50.
