Per the NCAA's nonsensical rules, Fresno is home tonight correct?

Yes, I believe that's right. 

The number of home and away games for each team in this regional will end up like this:

#4 Sac St...........2...................1

So the #1 seed in this regional is the only team that was designated away more often than home. That makes no sense to me.

This is just SO wrong. To whom do we direct our emails?

And looking at every other regional, the better seed is designated the home team for the final Game 7. I don't understand how that works.
