Throwing on three days rest is not the end of someone’s baseball career. After throwing 100 pitches, a 19  year old can throw up to 60 pitches on three days rest. Beck only threw 36 pitches. So it’s safe to unclutch those pearls.

Now I can’t wait for Hulk’s Super Regional breakdown! Beating an SEC team in their yard would seem to be a giant accomplishment.
