I got some "ground truth" this afternoon. I visited the site, and in the words of someone who is part of the management (or pretends to be) " We intend to be open in about three weeks. We have a couple of sign-offs that we need to get. Bear with us, and we hope to be selling some beer soon!". If this is correct, that would be about August 1st. The inside looks close to done, but more work on the floor is needed. The outside paint job, including a new "Rossatti's" sign, is ready to go. Should be "soon".
