I mostly agree. It all comes down to what they can get from the bottom three in the rotation. If nobody can really step up in that group, it is pretty much impossible for them to win enough games and reach 85 wins. They don't need to be great, but they can't be anything near as bad as they have been recently. Cueto can be the one who provides the boost they need. If not him, they really need an unexpected contribution from some starting pitcher.
