It was funny to watch the “shady side” from my end zone seats. The sections under the shadow of the press box were perfectly packed; those outside, still in the sun, were barren. The concourse was a mess. It was impossible to make it around for concessions, even well after the half.

I think some sort of retractable awning would be great. The game itself was sunny and warm but not oppressively so. It was a lot to take for 4 hours, but I’ve been in much more miserable conditions.

Went to the Giants game on Sunday, and bought seats 35 rows up, just to be in the shade. It was very pleasant. Of course, the Giants lost 8-4, but at least we were comfortable...;)
