PREACH IT. There are systemic problems with the program and I think you nailed them. I hate to do this (well, maybe I don't) but, I have to throw out this question...would Harbaugh have failed to do the things you've just highlighted?
Stanford doesn't have Ohio State in its conference.
Harbaugh can't even win a Big 10 title at Michigan with Michigan's resources, and struggles to put away Army at home.
We have some advantages as a school, but I still think it is very tough to win as consistently as we have at Stanford. See Stanford MBB.
Michigan has won or shared 42 conference titles. For most of them they have had Ohio State in the conference.
