It's the total number of recruits. The last five years, we've had 93 commits (that includes PWOs, as someone pointed out in another thread). Over the same time frame, Notre Dame has had 116 commits and Alabama 125. That's 25% and 34% more than we've had, respectively. Tough to win if we don't have enough horses in the stables. And we're supposed to the Farm. . . .
