This is exactly what people said about Matthew Stafford during his first 2 NFL seasons. Fortunately (now unfortunately), he just ended the 6th longest streak of consecutive starts by a QB in NFL history. Although NCAA eligibility limits would leave Mills almost 100 starts short of Stafford's mark, I'd love to look back and recognize the analogy here!
