Time out as the play clock was running out.  Irony is I think the ball was snapped right before the clock would have expired.

That was almost another DOG penalty.

Hard to tell, but I think the ball was snapped right before the play clock would have run out.  For what it’s worth the refs hadn’t thrown a flag, though maybe because they realized the time out was called.
